The advert is now completely finished and rendered, and is now ready to be uploaded to youtube and my blog to be viewed.

voice over and theme tune.....

we had a few problems with the voice over as we thought we had it all done. and then we reralised the man said 'tonight on bbc2' rather than 'tonight on bbc1' so we had to go back to him and get him to record the right one. but it has been sorted now!

we have also added a small clip of the shows theme tune to the end of the advert which seems to work quite well, as we have very had positive feed back form it.

This is the finshed tv magazine front cover advertising our soap!!!

finished soap logo!!

I've decided to add the bbc 1 logo to the bottom of the soap logo as it will apear at the end of our advert and we need it to show what channel it will be shown on. however where the logo appears on the billboard/poster the bbc logo is in a diferent place as you would not be able to the the writing.

I've also changed the colour of the writing to a bolder red to stand out from the background and also because the old colour made it look like it had faded!!

Following with the theme of the other soap operas of having the background of the logo as a shot of the setting, i have used a birds eye photo of the chew valley area includeing the lake.

I think this logo looks quite effective with the red writing to make it stand out from the background. We are thinking about adding the bbc logo below the writing to show what channel it would be shown on!
